ทั้งนี้ จากการประกาศปิดโรงงานแบบกะทันหัน ส่งผลให้พนักงานเกือบหนึ่งพันคนกลายเป็นผู้ถูกเลิกจ้างทันที อย่างไรก็ดี บริษัทฯได้แจ้งว่าจะมีการชดเชยให้กับพนักงานตามที่กฎหมายระบุเป็นเงิน 114 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นค่าการไม่บอกล่วงหน้ากับเงินชดเชย โดยจะให้พนักงานมารับได้ในวันที่ 23-25 ธ.ค.นี้ และหลังจากนั้นจะโอนเข้าบัญชี ส่วนพนักงานท่านใดที่รู้สึกไม่เป็นธรรม สามารถเข้าร้องเรียนได้ที่สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร หรือศาลแรงงาน
