ขณะเดียวกันคณะกรรมการบริษัท เมื่อวานนี้ ยังมีมติอนุมัติการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้กับธนาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่ง โดยให้บริษัทดำเนินการเพิ่มทุนเพื่อชำระหนี้ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในเดือนธ.ค.63 ดังนั้น จึงอนุมัติให้นำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2563 ที่จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 25 พ.ย.นี้ เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติลดทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 2.05 พันล้านบาท จากเดิมที่ 2.66 พันล้านบาท หลังจากนั้นให้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 2.05 หมื่นล้านบาท  โดยออกหุ้นสามัญใหม่ 1.84 หมื่นล้านหุ้น พาร์หุ้นละ 1 บาท
